~Long time, no write/rant :D
~**smirks** They seem to be making a big deal, sort of, out of Shane McMahon hitting his father...um...why? he's done
it before. ~**clears throat** my mind racing ahead said "right up in your ass"...when Shane was talking about Kane... ~St.
Anger seems to be growing on me... ~"I got my super powers...biatch!" **laughs** I love it :D And S.H.I.T. :P ~Did I
hear booing for Goldberg?.....Wow I did **laughs** ~Jericho! Nash! ~Hair vs. hair...noooooo! ~"Jericho wasting no
time, getting on top of Rob Van Dam" ~Coach **evil grin** But seriously, I don't need a plot bunny for such an act :P ~That's
pretty much it...I haven't really been very opiniated on things in the wrestling world lately.
~Although, Kane being unmasked...It's just strange. About a week or two before he got unmasked (for good). Whomever he
was wrestling with RVD unmasked him, and he still had long hair. Then the night they finally unmask him it turns into a wig.
**confused** I think it would have been better to leave his hair...somewhat more mysterious in a way too...but then, that's
probably just me.
~Yay for the Rhyno heel turn

~**screams** I'm frustrated...what is with all this drug talk involving Jeff Hardy? I've never seen a reason to believe
he does drugs. What makes people think he does drugs? Because he's different? That is not a ligit reason at all to think that.
Some of the people in this world that are considered 'normal' do drugs too, but do people ever just assume this? No...but
if you're a freak they always assume you're on drugs...the majority of us aren't. If anyone reads this...please tell me why
you think this?
~Raw...I loved it...I love when they go to Canada and the wrestlers that are Canadian and heels get the biggest pops
no matter what...well unless they make fun of Canadians as well. That doesn't always seem to go over too well. I loved when
Christian said they'd be chanting his name and then you could hear them changing "christian, christian"...
~Just so everyone knows...there may be a time in the fall when I won't be able to update...I'm not sure how long it will
be...but I'll be moving and the people I'm moving in with don't have a computer or the internet...so I don't know how long
it will be...Unless my dad decides to get a new computer and gives his to them...then they'd only have to pay for internet...Or
once I get enough money I'll end up getting my own...who knows...
~Wooo! Wrestling should be coming to Oregon now...maybe...there was something on the state news about some bill being
passed and if it was wrestling would be able to come here....I hope it does...Maybe they'll actually come close enough to
where I can go and it won't take all day to get there...It's been ten years since wrestling has been here...can't wait....

~As I'm sure everyone knows, Jeff hardy is no longer part of the WWE. I am saddened by the fact that I won't be able
to watch him perform anymore, unless by some chance he comes back. But I do believe he is more into his music at the moment...his
heart is in his music now...not wrestling.
I am sick and tired of hearing some of the peoples responses to him leaving. Some say they won't ever watch WWE again,
blaming it all on them...when if you think about it...who of us did not see it coming? I will always be a fan of his, wether
it's music or wrestling...or poetry...or anything.
~I just want to clear somethings up...I assume most of the people that come to this website know that I'm a female...and
I do have my opinions about wrestling. I just want to know why, being a female, automatically discounts anything I say about
wrestling? Not every girl that watches wrestling, is watching it for the hot bods. Just like, not every guy that watches wrestling
is watching it for the performances or the sport of it. Sure some girls do watch it for the guys, and some guys watch it for
the girls. But I for one, at least know a piledriver from a DDT.
Sure I like Jeff hardy, but I started liking the Hardyz for their talent...not because they're good looking guys. Most
of the wrestlers I like, I started liking based on their talent...in some cases it also moved to a 'wow they're hot' type
of thing...
I love wrestling, always will. I'm not just in it for the guys...I'm in it for the entertainment/sports of it all. It's
the only sports type show I even watch...

~Wow long time no comments :D
~Hmmm...first off Goldberg **blank stare** I can't stand him. I've never been
a fan of his nor will I ever be a fan of his. I'm still upset over him winning the US Title from Raven back in WCW. In all
truthfullness Raven would have won that match, but no...they had to keep that stupid winning streak going.
If I recall, shortly after WCW folded he made some negative comments about WWF/E...
~And what's this I hear...Sable is coming back? **blinks** Great...another one
i can't stand. I'd much rather see Luna back then Sable. Luna can at least wrestle...just what we need are more women in the
wrestling world that can't wrestle...you know what's going to happen...depending on which roster she ends up on...all it will
be are bra and panties and any other kind of match they can think of for her. So long as it does not involve the Women's belt
I'll be fine. They degrade that belt by doing such things...would they ever do that with one of the male titles? No! So they
shouldn't do it with that woman's title....

~First off GOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRREEEEE!!
If you can't tell I'm happy that Rhyno is back...even though the only way I'll
get to see him is from pictures from either the WWE site or http://www.terrygerin.com
Great site by the way :D
~I loved the skit backstage with Rocky and the Hurricane. I could not stop laughing.
~And speaking of Shane Helms after reading his 'diary' on his site...strange
how I seem to agree with everything he says :D Anyways I have to strongly agree with his statement about people protesting
the war. A friend even made a comment in their livejournal a few days ago. She basically said "War is wrong...but a riot is
okay!" She wasn't happy. Truthfully, you have these people protesting the war that are the peaceful ones...then you have the
ones that the only thing they want to do is cause riots. And of course they make it bad for the ones that actualy are peaceful.
I don't want a war either....And another thing...my mom was helping at a thing at the VFW hall for World War 2 vets, which
my grandpa happens to be one...well one of the vets mentioned about these stars that says "War never solved anything" or "nothing
good was ever brought about by war"...and he said have they had their heads in the sand or in some other part of their anatomy.
Now think of that...If we wouldn't have done anything we'd probably all be speaking German right now and there might be any
Jewish people...
I guess I'm one of those people that just say "war is not the answer" but it
seems like it's going to happen no matter how much people protest....
~Well I guess that's it for this update of "Echo
Side"
Until next entry

~My heart goes out to the Hennig family. Fanwise he was one of those wrestlers that I loved to hate. I got to see
him perform live back when he was in WCW in August of '99. The crowd pretty much booed him out of the building...he was one
of the best heels.
~On the news front...apparently Tommy Dreamer has been made part of the creative team (i believe that was it). Also (if
my info is right) Happy Birthday to Tommy as well :D
~And since I probably won't update till after Monday, since tomorrow is my b-day...I will also wish a happy b-day to
Gangrel whose birthday is the 16th :D
Feb. 4, 2003
~Last nights RAW was interesting. What is with the storylines of everyone getting
injured all the time?
~And Jeff...no, no, no, no...Everyone knows better than to attack Kane. Okay
here is my first prediction for 2003, I predict that Jeff will turn heel in the tortured soul type of role. Not just because
of his actions as of late, I've always thought he'd make an interesting heel, especially since a lot of people have always
seen Matt as the obvious heel of the two. But Jeff as a heel...now that would rule.
~This whole SCSA thing...I'm not really sure what to think of it. I've never
really been a fan of his, sure I've laughed at some of his jokes, but that doesn't make me a fan. I don't really care if they
bring him back or not. Just like the Rock.
~Rocky already has a match against Hogan for a PPV and he hasn't even wrestled
for how long now. Well I guess the only good part of that is the fact that Hogan doesn't hold the heavyweight title. Just
think of it, the last time Rocky came back, I believe Taker had the title. They made the match into a three way one and Rocky
did not wrestle before hand...now that there was just wrong...there was no build up to the match or anything. ANd what happens,
he wins...basically getting the belt handed to him. And here is my second Prediction for 2003...I predict that Rocky will
turn heel. He's been a face for too long, he's losing the fans interest. but if he turns heel...they'll become interested
again....

"Now, from the category of "What is the World Coming To?" comes a story that a group of people have filed a lawsuit against
McDonald's claiming that McDonald's made them fat! . . . Think about that for a second. . . . Now, let's continue. Even though
it was their choice to eat there, apparently the knowledge that eating fatty, greasy foods might, just might, make you fat
has eluded these people, so they are suing McDonald's! "One teenager ate every meal at McDonald's for three years while living
in a homeless shelter, the Associated Press news agency reported." . . . Think about that for a second . . . A teenager in
a homeless shelter, yeah, tell me he's not out for the money! Another of the people in the lawsuit has a son who is 15 yrs
old and weighs 400 pounds. She is quoted as saying, (and I quote) "[I had] always believed McDonald's was healthy for my son."
. . . Now think about that . . . Let me just say that if you are a parent, and your child weighs 400 lbs at the age of 15,
you need your ass kicked! And I would personally go over there and Vertebreak his ass, but I ain't throwing my back out! Not
because the child is overweight, that doesn't bother me. I don't buy into the whole weight/height requirements that some people
speak of. Quite simply, if a person is happy in their heart, and happy with their life then whatever they look like is fine
by me. But to weigh 400 lbs is risking terrible health problems, which include heart failure and death, D-E-A-T-H! So if whacking
a kid on the ass in public is child abuse, a parent allowing a child's health to deteriorate to the level that the kid may
actually DIE has to at least be some form of neglect! Right? What in the hell is going on here? Now, I know that we live in
Politically Correct times, but if these people win this lawsuit, I'm suing somebody! I don't know what for, I don't know why,
but I'm gonna find something to blame somebody else on and they are getting sued by me!
Now was that a soapbox or what? And begin!"
~I most definatly agree with him. How could you think that McDonalds was good
for you? Everyone knows it's not healthy to eat there like a lot of people do. Who knows, if I lived close enough to one,
I probably would eat there more than I should. But it would all depend on my situation at the time.
Truthfully how can you sue someone for your own decision. It's idiotic. What
has this world come to...everyone is sue happy. Whatever happened to taking responsibility for your own actions? Now, it always
seems, that we look for scapegoats...I, for one, have been used as a scapegoat on more than one occasion...Or school shootings...they
never look at the people that did it, they go for the music they listen to or the video games they play. **shakes head** It
just makes no sense why no one takes responsibilty for what they've done anymore.
I have heard that the judge threw out the case. GOOD! No one deserves money
for making themselves fat.
January 23, 2003
~Well as most everyone knows Raven and Justin Credible have been released from
WWE. Raven made his debut in NWA: Total Nostop Action on January 22. Good luck to both men.
~Now about RAW. I can't believe that Eric Bischoff's big announcement was about
SCSA. That wasn't a surprise. They've been building up his comeback. I (and some others) were hoping his big announcemenet
would be that Rhyno was joining RAW.
~RAW Retro. Rock won? He hasn't been there for how long and he wins. I think
we the fans should have been allowed to be the deciding factor in everything they did there...not just the top ten events
of the decade. Did anyone else notice the booing, "Rocky sucks" and "boring" chants during his speech. My personal opinion,
whenever he comes back, he should be a heel. That way when he turns face again he'll still have all these fans. He's been
a face for too long. He's kind of like Austin, they go back and forth from face to heel..makes it more interesting. Personally
I think Undertaker or HBK should have won for superstar of the decade. And Diva of the decade...don't get me wrong I do like
Trish, but I think it should have been Jacqueline or some diva that has been there for sometime.
~This is in the Special Collectors Issue of the WWE for the Undertaker.
"I think a lot of these people are so geared to the smaller wrestlers, the guys
that jump around, that's the only thing that entertains them. I don't use wrestling moves as an end all and ba all. I'm not
there to tell a story"
Just have to say I agree with Taker. There are a lot of people that say he should
quit the business, claiming he's too old and certain other things. And then come to find out these people only like the highflyers.
Some of them...how do I put this...They're only a fan of the highflyers if they do these dangerous moves. I remember hearing
one time that some fans were dissapointed with a Hardy Boyz match because they stayed grounded the whole match. If I remember
correctly Jeff or Matt were injured or sick that night. But that didn't make a difference to them. I enjoy the Hardyz as much
as the next person, but if they don't do dangerous movies, that's fine with me. I'm just happy that I got to see them in action.
Further down in the quote: "I worry about what the guys in the lockerroom say,
what the real fans that pay their hard-earned money for our shows say, and what Vince McMahon says."
And that's all he should ever worry about listening to....
January 1, 2003
~My first commetary or whatever you wish to call it, of 2003...
<<<<Rey Mysterio, Rhyno, Tajiri and Mark Henry will join Jazz in returning to action in the next few weeks.
January could be a big month for returning WWE Superstars if all continues to go well. Soon after this group returns to action,
we should also see the return of Randy Orton to in-ring competition. Randy's updates on his shoulder surgery have been very
entertaining aspects of RAW over the past few weeks. >>>>>
Can't wait for this. I've been waiting for Rhyno
to return since he first left. And on the Randy Orton thing...I know I am not the only one that is somewhat annoyed by the
whole, "randy updates" thing. It's not entertaining...but then...maybe it's because I'm biased on this issue...
